A man with his sister went to see Elder Ephraim at St. Anthony's for confession. Because there were so many people and time ran out, Elder Ephraim told him to change his flight from Thursday to Sunday to be able to confess. The man thought about it and agreed. At the ticket counter the man asked to change his flight. The female employee told him that there will be a surcharge to extend. The man thought to himself "Elder Ephraim told me to do this, he wouldn't let me pay more for the change." He told the lady behind the counter "just try it any ways". Sure enough the surcharge showed $0 on the computer. The lady was surprised and said that she had never seen this happen before.
When we fly out on Sunday, the Dallas airport was a mad house! I asked the desk "what is happening here?! “ She stated, where have you been? We had 2 sister tornadoes hit this airport Thursday and everyone has been locked in until today." Instead of being stuck in an airport with limited supplies for 4 days, we enjoyed the extra blessings of Geronda at the Monastery.
