To spend the whole day completely holy, peacefully and sinlessly - for this the only means is the most sincere, fervent prayer in the morning after rising from sleep.
It will bring Christ into the heart with the Father and the Holy Spirit and thus give power and strength to the soul against the attacks of evil; you only need to keep your heart.
