Orthodox Parables and Stories: "A miracle of St. Stephen for a seven year old girl."

A miracle for St. Stephenus for a seven year old girl..
It was a late night 26 January 1998 when my seven year old daughter was sitting on the couch and said to me:
"Dad I think I swallowed a "5 cents" coin."
We immediately took her to our pediatrician and he said:
“Do not be afraid, the coin will be in her until tomorrow morning.”
Then we went to bed but without sleeping because of our anxiety and on Sunday morning January 27 , we went from Nicosia to Laranka to visit our friend doctor who we reported the problem and wanted to see it in person. By the time we arrived in Laranka, the doctor had set up an appointment with the X-ray specialist. X-rays showed that the coin was in a very dangerous place and could cause a digestive system clog. The doctor immediately started phone calls to find the right digestive doctor, which was difficult because many were on vacation. After several attempts, a doctor was found in a private hospital in Nicosia.
At the hospital, our doctor clarified that he would take a special wire with a net to remove the coin by pulling it out of her mouth. We were told that this process takes at least 20 minutes to half an hour. So we waited anxiously outside the operating room. A half an hour past. Our anxiety and fear were increasing after forty five minutes and to one hour. At 1 hour and 10 minutes a nurse leaves the operating room. I immediately went to her and she told me the coin was slipping and not pulled and they would try again. She told me that today is St. Stephen's Day and she said a prayer and asked St. Stephen to help the doctor get the coin out without the need for surgery. Immediately I made te sign of the cross, prayed to the saint and asked for his intercession. And then I heard the doctor screaming when he took the coin out. We all in the family made the sign of the cross and thanked St. Stephen who helped the doctor and our baby girl.
The following days we were looking for St. Stephen's Church to go visit. We learned that the only church in Cyprus was in the village of Limba Lempa in Bafos, which we first heard about. We agreed to go as soon as I return from a business trip to Vienna. I had booked a hotel in Vienna arrived in Vienna late at night and immediately went to the hotel for sleep and the next morning I was surprised when I discovered that the hotel was less than 100 meters away from the big and luxurious church of St. Stephens Cathedral.
Returning to Cyprus, I went to Bavos for business reasons and to search for Lemba Limba and St. Stephen's Church. On my first time working at a well-known hotel in town, I asked the manager if he knew a Limba place and St. Stephen's Church. He smiled and invited me to the office of Father Charlambos, who was the priest of St. Stephen's Church and who was there because of his cooperation with the hotel.
This was the second circumstance that led me without any problem to find St. Stephen's church. Ever since the beginning of 1999 and every year on St. Stephen's Day we are in Limba to glorify and honor St. Stephen.

May his intercession be with us Amen
