Another cure from a pious elder

 

In our small congregation, a brother had a severely damaged hip from illness.  He was going to have surgery because of the pain.

Through someone, I contacted him and gave him a small picture of the Pious, printed the Akathist and told him how to do it: put plaster on the aching place, read the Akathist daily, oil from the hermit John from the monastery of Sihăstria Rarăului, I also gave him holy oil, even the pebbles we took from the tomb of the pious (which we took with blessing from our priest,  when believers went on pilgrimage to Tismana) telling him to drink water with the pebbles.  Believe me, everything went very well, the operation was a success and, in less than two weeks, he stood upright, assisted with crutches, at the Divine Liturgy.  

The pain stopped shortly after he took his picture with the Pious and anointed himself with holy oil.  Every day he drinks water from the pebbles from the tomb of the Pious. I asked the master's wife to write a testimony as well, but she told me to write it myself.  Her name is Maria and her husband is Mihai.
