Korsun Desert. Making pancakes.
(The Korsun Desert is in the Oryol region, in the village of Korsun. There are two monasteries here: Prince-Vladimir Desert for men (20 brothers) and the convent of St. Apostle and Evangelist John the Theologian for women (20 sisters) and up to 50 workers and laborors)
