When you sit, when you work, when you go somewhere and generally do anything, cry unceasingly: "Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me." Thus, the name of the Lord Jesus, descending into the depths of the heart, will save and revive the soul. So, perseverance, continuity in holding the name of the Lord, so that the heart may be united with the Lord and the Lord with the heart, and then the essence of the two will become one.
