Festive liturgy of Panagia Dinious Holy icon
In Northern Evia, central Greece, near the city of Istiea, a chapel is found in the forest, surrounded by huge platan trees. The miraculous icon of the Most-Holy Theotokos “Panagia Dinious” was celebrated today.
Vespers, vigil, matins and liturgy took place. A crowd of locals and visitors participated in services and the festive open-air liturgy.
