The miraculous icon of St. Anne mother of Our Lady is located in Philadelphia, U.S.A., in the Russian Church of Panagia, "Joy of all who sorrow". It was first initiated on May 9,2004 and this continued for many years.

The icon was ordered by the vicar of the Temple St. Athanasios in 1998 and was painted in the monastery of the Mount of Olives. After the icon was "blessed" at the Tomb of Christ it was sent to Philadelphia where so far it a lot of miracles have occurred.
