We will imitate camels.

If we cannot follow the great Egyptian fathers with their strictest asceticism, we will imitate, at least, camels that eat little but carry significant burdens, from constant kneeling they get calluses and, with a heavy load, they dutifully follow a little donkey. And they also have this feature: they never forget those who do them good, and are grateful to them. - St. Paisios the Athonite
