What happened to the monks in Elder Ephraim's tomb?

For those who watched the funeral and are curious what happened to the monks that were closed up in the tomb:

Anthoula Bozios: there is an exit.... we visited this past October.... they have it set that way so on annual memorial they will have the ability to raise Our Geronda when ready..... this will happen when prepared for all to visit his body!
