He then took the icon to the village church, telling all about the miracle he had experienced.That night he dreamt of a woman in black who told him to put her back exactly where he found her. It was then decided that a small church be built exactly where the icon had been found. Every year the Miraculous Icon of the Virgin is celebrated on the 8th of September.
