Very comforting words being sent out to the faithful which we need right now and for us to pass on further.
"This coming Friday, March 27, 2020, at 12 noon Arizona time all of Mt. Athos is going to do a vigil dedicated to the Theotokos and St. Haralambos for the world wide pandemic. Please make sure to send this message to as many Orthodox Christians so that our voices can be raised this Friday in unison that the Lord Almighty will hear us, have pity on us, and reverse this bad situation."
What this means for us is to take our minds away from reading about the corona virus at this time and join all the monks on Mt. Athos in prayer. Any prayers you or your church are doing, live streaming, please share by posting.
Let us focus on God and not let the corona virus take over our minds.The monks on Mt. Athos have reached out to us. Let us join them!!!!
