Orthodox Parables and Stories: Miracle of St. Spyridon of Trimythous

 

A miracle story told:

This spring I got very seriously ill, the doctors were sure that it was cancer, the test results were so frightening. And, can you imagine, after the operation, according to the results of the biopsy, it turned out that this was not cancer. The doctor who operated on me, a professor, himself said that he was completely sure that it was cancer. I prayed and asked Father Spyridon to help me and to pray for me. I am sure that only through the prayers of Saint Spyridon the Lord helped me.

Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Saint Spyridon. Thank you, Mother of God. Believe. Pray. And the Lord will hear us.
