Miracle of St. Seraphim of Sarov

I was in Diveevo 20 years ago, when I was 12-13 years old. A lot of time has passed since then, and this fall I really wanted to come here again. I was waiting for my husband from a business trip to hit the road, but until the very departure he doubted whether to go or not. In the end, we still went to see Father Seraphim. We were very fortunate that we venerated the open reliquary with the relics. It's a miracle! They say that it is opened only for important events. In the evening we had to leave, and on the way we decided to once again venerate the relics, say goodbye to the priest until the next meeting. Then we went to the priest to take the blessing for the road. There were few people in the temple. The priest, having talked with some woman, came up to us and blessed us, adding with warmth: "How are you on the road for the night, it's dangerous" (it was snowing outside).

Already on the train to Moscow, half asleep, I saw that the monk was walking at a brisk pace. I ask my husband if he saw? He replied that a man had passed. But I saw that it was a monk. As if Father Seraphim himself accompanied us to the train, made sure that we sat down and quickly left. When we got home and started remembering the trip, my husband told me. It turns out that when we were waiting for a blessing from the priest, my husband saw how an old man in felt boots walked in from the right side of the church, as if in a fur coat, hunched over, one hand hidden, and with the other hand he crossed himself. The old man kissed all the icons from right to left, stood beside the priest, said something behind his back, walked past us and left. He was wearing a hat with long ears, and, as the husband says, his eyes were blue, transparent, unnatural looking. My husband asks me: "Haven't you seen?" I say: "No, of course not, I would have noticed!" He did not believe me, it was impossible not to notice him, since his clothes were different from the clothes of everyone present.

Before the trip, I asked Father Seraphim to show my husband a miracle so that he would believe and strengthen his faith. And this hat with long ears is kept in the Trinity Cathedral. The husband remembered that he had seen it there and was stunned. Behold, God is truly wonderful in His Saints.
