The demons are most afraid of the six virtues:
1. A hungry womb.
2. Thirst.
3. Prayer of Jesus.
4. The sign of the cross, when someone makes a good sign of the cross.
5. Frequent communion, when someone worthily communes often.
6. And those who hope in God with all their souls, and those who believe, and who trust in God without doubt. For there is nothing more terrible for demons than this weapon.
