On February 24, I was in Rabov. I participated in the funeral of priest Sokolov's wife. When I entered a church of those who are in the cemetery, I had in my heart sadness, which comes from little faith and which is caused by the spirit of malice.
I looked at the icon of the Virgin of Tikhvin and could not take my eyes off of it. Her face was peaceful, humble and full of love.
And as if I heard an answer from Her, which resonated very clearly in my heart: "What prevents you from having peace and quiet in your heart? Don't you know where to look to find them?"
With my mind and heart I turned to Him who is the Source of peace and I immediately gained the desired peace.
Lady Theotokos! Comforter of the grieving, We praise You and thank You! You transform the sufferings of our hearts into peace and the storm of passions into the peace of God's grace! My firm and wicked heart! Never dare to question the manifest actions of the Queen of Heaven!
From the moment I prayed from my heart to the Queen of the whole world, I felt relief in my soul. And next time, don't leave me, Pantanassa...
