Hold fast to the Church and the teachings of the Holy Fathers. Whatever doubts you may have, repeat to yourself, and sometimes out loud (so that the demons hear): “Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that You are the Son of God and the Lord, that You suffered in every possible way to save us, I believe that you will not leave me unless I consciously renounce You. Lord, be merciful to me. I commit myself and my salvation into Your hands. I believe you won't let me perish. Glory to You, God, glory to You, God, glory to You, God!”
