Kulich recipe




- flour - 4 glasses

- butter - 200 gr.

- yeast - 60 grams fresh or 1 sachet dry

- sugar - 1 glass

- milk - 1 glass

- raisins - 0.5 cups

- eggs - 5 

salt, vanillin to taste.

Dissolve the yeast in half the milk, melt the butter, mix with the remaining milk. Combine all together, add 3/4 of the flour. Allow to rise. Add eggs, mix. Roll raisins in remaining flour and add to the dough. Allow to rise again. Spread into molds and let rise a third time in the oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes. When ready check the dough with a wooden stick, it should not stick.
